Please wear clothing that allows me to get to the areas that need to be treated. The majority of the time, I work directly on the skin and I use coconut oil unless you have an allergy or sensitivity. Stretchy shirts that allow me to get to the shoulder or upper back and shorts that give access to the knee and thigh are helpful.
